Meet Michael, one of our newest members. Though he is just starting out in his professional journey with us, Michael has quickly become an integral part of our support department. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, he is adept at assigning and managing support tickets, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service.

Michael is currently expanding his expertise by diving into the world of web development. Through online courses and a hands-on approach, he is rapidly acquiring new skills that will further contribute to our team's capabilities and our clients' success.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Michael has a vibrant array of personal interests that add depth to his character. An avid Lego enthusiast, he enjoys the creativity and precision involved in building intricate models, mirroring the meticulous attention to detail he brings to work every day. Video games offer another avenue for his strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, while his commitment to volunteering highlights a generous spirit and a dedication to making a positive impact in the community.

When not immersed in learning new coding languages or contributing to local causes, Michael values spending quality time with friends. These moments of relaxation and camaraderie not only recharge him but also foster the teamwork and communication skills he brings to our workplace.
